This inauguration is a milestone for Djuanda University, especially in the field of labor law development in Indonesia. Prof. Endeh Suhartini, who currently serves as the Director of the Graduate School of Djuanda University, has contributed significantly to the research and development of labor law in Indonesia for more than two decades.
In her inaugural speech, Prof. Endeh Suhartini will deliver a scientific oration entitled "Transformation of Labor Law in the Digital Era: Challenges and Strategies for Protecting Indonesian Workers." This oration will discuss various contemporary issues related to labor law amid technological developments and changes in the global economic order.
"This inauguration is not only a personal achievement, but also a form of commitment to continue contributing to the development of labor law that is more adaptive and responsive to the needs of society," Prof. Endeh Suhartini said in her statement.
The Rector of Djuanda University, Prof. Dr. H. Martin Roestamy, S.H., M.H., stated that this inauguration is proof of the dedication and excellence of the faculty.
