The Graduate School of Djuanda University (UNIDA) in collaboration with the Central Board of the Indonesian Notary Association (PP INI) is organizing a National Seminar titled “Enhancing the Professionalism of Notaries as Legal Enforcers Outside the Courtroom in the Era of Disruption.” The event will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Auditorium of Building C, UNIDA, Bogor.
The National Seminar featured prominent speakers from various fields of academia and the notary profession, including Keynote Speaker Dr. Widodo, S.H., M.H, Director General of General Legal Administration (Dirjen AHU) at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
Among the speakers who presented their papers were Prof. Dr. H. Martin Roestamy, S.H., M.H (Expert in Notarial Law and Professor of Agrarian Law and Business Law), Dr. H. Irfan Ardiansyah, S.H., LL.M., Sp.N (Chairman of the Indonesian Notary Association), Dr. KRA. M.J. Widijatmoko, S.H., Sp.N (Notary Expert, Lecturer and Researcher in Contract Law), Kevin Leonard Michael Marbun, S.E., M.A (Head of the Quality Assurance Sub-Directorate, Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology), and Henry Sulaiman, S.H., M.E (Director of Civil Law at the Directorate General of AHU). The seminar was moderated by Dr. Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya, S.H., LL.M (Lecturer at the UNIDA Graduate School).
This event served as a strategic forum to address the challenges of the times, particularly for the notary profession, which is required to adapt and maintain integrity amid technological advancements and social changes.
